superior king room downtown attractions helpful staff

the room was a superior king room, and it was well-kept, i appreciated that. the location was ideal for accessing downtown attractions, it was convenient. staff were generally helpful with directions and information.

the elevator was quite slow, i experienced some delays.

the front desk staff were readily available and responded promptly to requests. concierge assistance was accessible and offered helpful advice. the hotel also provided luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, i found it useful.
